The Fine Print
If you are here for the first time, please make note of the following:
- Requests are usually handled within two business days. If you have an urgent matter, please indicate it as "critical priority" in the form below.
- Support requests are billed at $60US per hour with a 10-minute minimum per request. We will touch base with you to confirm your billing information before getting started.
- An account will be automatically created for you when you submit your ticket. Your password and a ticket number will be sent to you by email.
- If you don't host your site with us, please provide your FTP information and, if possible, your hosting control panel login information. You can obtain both from your web hosting provider.
